As Chairman of the Defense Attachés Association in Washington, D.C., and on behalf of my colleagues comprising nearly 100 nations, I am pleased to announce the 7th Annual Defense Attachés Technology Forum. It is an honor for me to continue the tradition of organizing this annual program. Since its establishment in 2001, the forum has earned recognition as one of the premier defense technology events.
The 2008 forum is entitled: "A Global Priority: Ensuring Interoperability and Enabling Coalition Capabilities." Our committee has worked diligently to develop topics of interest to government officials involved in defense planning and procurement, and industry leaders as they promote solutions to the various technological challenges.
You are cordially invited to attend this exclusive gathering and benefit from timely keynotes, interactive panel sessions, peer-to-peer dialogue, select exhibits and informative workshops. The evening reception on June 10 will be co-hosted by His Excellency Wegger Christian Strømmen, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, at his Residence, and feature remarks by U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Gordon England.
The forum offers an excellent venue for networking and interaction between the defense industry, defense attachés and government officials.
